Although this site is primarily for showing you some yeast infection pictures, I thought I’d take the time to write an article up and show you how to prevent yeast infection in the first place.  If you happen to have a yeast infection and are looking to prevent another occurrence, make sure you keep these tips in mind:

1.     Keep Yourself Dry Down there

In order to prevent yeast infection, you need to ensure that your nether regions are as dry as possible.  Any moisture will create a perfect breeding ground for yeast to take up residence and grow.

Towel off thoroughly after showers and if you hit the gym, make sure you bring an extra pair of underpants.

2.     Don’t Wear Tight Pants

Now I know this is a tough one for the ladies out there, but wearing tight pants only serves to make things more congested down there and more prone to breaking out.  Try and wear skirts if possible or looser fitting pants.

3.     Drink Cranberry Juice

There’s something about this juice that prevents yeast from sticking to your insides!  Pick up some cranberry juice with no added sugar and make it a daily part of your diet and you’ll find that you keep the Candida yeast out of your system.

4.     Reduce Your Sugar Intake

This one’s a toughie, but the fact is that yeast feed off of sugar.  If you can reduce your sugar intake, you reduce the chances that yeast can grow out of control and result in another outbreak for you.

Now while these tips will help the situation, they won’t completely get rid of the yeast infection you do have.  This is due to several yeast spores remaining in your system.  In order to kill the yeast spores and prevent all future yeast infections, you’re going to need something a little more powerful – Click here to learn how to destroy the spores.
